Registering & Using Web-Based IEP System

In order for you to access your child(ren)’s IEP you will need to create a username and password.

Click on the link after reviewing or printing the following instructions – Web-Based IEP – Parent Access

Next select the link “Click here to Register

You will then be taken to a registration page where you will create your own username and password.  It will look like the following:

You will need to have an email address for registration purposes. If you do not have an email address, you can click on one of the red links on the registration form to create one.

Once you have created your username and password, you will be notified by email when your application has been approved.  This may take up to 3 days to complete.

Please keep your password confidential so only you can access the information. 

How do I access my child’s IEP?

Go to our website at  http://www.highplainsed.com

Click on the link – Web-Based IEP –> Parent Access

Enter your username and password

A list of children you have access to will be available.

Click on the link “View IEP” for the child you want to look at.

At this point you will have two options

  1. “View Current Draft IEP-Rewrite” this is the most recent IEP under development
  2.  “View Previous Rewrite” this is the most current completed IEP

By clicking on one of these options you will be able to read and/or print the IEP.  Please be patient as it may take a few minutes to load.

If you have internet access at home or at work, you can view the information of your child at any time.  If you do not have internet access your may contact your local library to see if you can access the internet.
